PreCommit is being prepared for Microsoft 365 Outlook conveyancing teams that need a pause before payment-diversion, changed-bank-detail, approval, and commitment risk.
Current-message review. No Graph. No send/write. No mailbox scan. Nothing is sent automatically. Live client data remains gated.
- changed bank details before completion
- completion-pressure payment instructions
- client or counterparty instruction changes
- legal or commercial commitments
- sender or route mismatch
- routine conveyancing coordination
PreCommit checks the current open Outlook message, classifies the result as Safe, Review, or Stop, gives one safe next action, shows one or two clear reasons, and keeps the human in control.
- checks the current open email
- returns Safe / Review / Stop
- gives one safe next action
- shows short reasons why
- keeps the human in control
What PreCommit does not do
- does not scan the whole mailbox
- does not auto-send
- does not auto-draft
- does not approve payments
- does not replace existing email security tools
- does not act as a generic AI assistant
Conveyancing workflows where email can trigger completion funds, bank-detail changes, client instructions, approvals, or legal commitments are the right first fit for a controlled PreCommit design review.
Construction AP, supplier-payment, and broader approval workflows are not the current front-page wedge; they remain adjacent later use cases.
Changed-bank-detail and completion-pressure email can look routine. PreCommit creates the pause before consequence.
Current email only. No mailbox scan. Nothing is sent automatically.
