Terms of Service

PreCommit checks risky business communication before a reply, approval, change, or system action becomes consequence.

The product includes PreCommit for user-facing checks, the Gmail Add-on as a current-message-only adapter, MDiamond for company access and readiness control, Blue Whale for internal customer-truth and value evidence, and Genius/API for machine-readable action gating.

Users must be approved or otherwise authorised to use PreCommit. Company admins control company access through MDiamond. Access can be suspended or revoked.

Users must not share accounts. Company admins are responsible for keeping their pilot user list accurate and for using MDiamond controls carefully.

PreCommit provides a governed assessment and the safest next step based on the submitted route and available context. It does not take responsibility for the underlying business decision.

If the situation is uncertain, the correct next step may be to verify out of band, escalate internally, or follow your own company process before acting.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during controlled preview and pilot stages.

Provider outages, account mismatch, company setup state, suspended access, revoked access, or security issues may block a check. That fail-closed behavior is intentional.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we process data. PreCommit is designed for bounded review, not for turning raw private content into a general product fuel source.

You and your company must not submit content you are not allowed to process, review, or share with the service.

Some use is controlled as a pilot, complimentary arrangement, or paid plan. Where pricing, billing, or service levels apply, they may be governed by a separate order, pilot letter, or agreement.

Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse, security concerns, company request, pilot end, expired access, or other controlled access reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, PreCommit is provided on a controlled-service basis and we do not accept unlimited liability for business loss caused by use, inability to use, or reliance on the service alone.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
